“The more I do this work, the more I am shown that the main, overriding lesson we come into earthly existence to learn is how to love, primarily how to love ourselves. We can only love others to the extent that we love ourselves. Without self-love, no matter how well-intentioned, the love we give to others will always be conditional and unconsciously manipulative. With this in mind I dedicate myself to living and teaching the following:

1. Establish your own contact with the limitless Flow of Divine Love, the Continuum, the infinite streaming between Spirit and Matter that is your own being.
   
   
2. Fill yourself first – only then will you be truly able to overflow that love to others unceasingly.
   
   
3. Facilitating this Love in self and others, so we can remember who we are and bring that Divinity/God or Goddess into the Here & Now world.

This is the heart of the work I do with people – the work and the play of Nature’s divine Oneness that we are all already part of.”
